The attention to detail Tesla put into the Cybercab is pretty amazing.
It’s around 7:40 in the morning.
I’m sitting here with no steering wheel, no pedals, my feet kicked out, music playing… and the entire cabin is moving with the song.
The light bar across the dash pulses with the beat.
The floor lighting reacts with it too.
It literally feels like I’m having my own little party while the Cybercab drives itself through Austin.
No driver, no one to tell me to turn the music down.
Just me, my music, the lights, and Tesla’s software handling the entire ride.
That’s what makes the Cybercab so much fun.
The Tesla team thought about what it should actually feel like when you no longer have to drive.
You can relax.
Stretch out.
Listen to music.
Watch the city go by.
And apparently have a light show at 7:40 in the morning.
I was sitting there smiling the whole time.
The software, the hardware, the cabin experience… it all works together.
Tesla’s attention to detail is on another level.
