The future of transport
I've now done a total of 3 hours riding around in @Tesla’s Cybercab and spent a total of $92.51. That travel time would have cost me $200 with Ubers.
My longest ride has been ~40 minutes. I legitimately can't come up with any major complaints for FSD V15. None. I’ve spoken to a handful of other people here who say the same.
I didn't need to call rider support once. No weird maneuvers, jitteriness, or hesitation. I do think pickup and drop-off locations could use some tweaking (same for Model Y) as you need to walk a bit sometimes, but I think that will get better as V15 progresses.
Two things you surprisingly get used to very quickly are having no rearview mirror and no side mirrors.
For anyone else trying Cybercab for the first time, I encourage you to recline your seat all the way back and just close your eyes for a minute. Realizing that you can nap in the spot where a driver traditionally sat while the car drives you around with no steering wheel or pedals is a pretty surreal feeling.

This is "The Odyssey" as Homer intended. My longest, most intricate work to date. I pushed @grok @imagine to its absolute limits to create this 5-minute epic.
What bothered me most about the recent adaptation was the omission of the Phaeacians and Princess Nausicaa, whom Odysseus told his story to in the original poem.
I focused my rendition on the introduction to Nausicaa and his love for his family. The motive driving him was the memory he kept for so long, even when his journey tried to make him forget. As a husband and new father, that's something I felt deeply. I challenged myself to try to fit everything I could from the source material and used GROK for research.

This update improves background task handling, adds transparent terminal themes, worktree support for headless sessions, and better session/dashboard controls. It also fixes UI freezes, crashes, feedback issues, clickable URLs, and makes the first prompt after login faster.

• Turn summary lines no longer lose their spacing after background tasks finish.
• Thinking blocks no longer stay expanded after switching between fullscreen and minimal modes.
Performance
• First prompt after login is faster when MCP servers are configured; they connect in the background.

Elon Musk may have used his Starlink satellites to steal the 2024 election for Donald Trump, according to a new Alex Gibney documentary seen by The Hollywood Reporter (THR).
“Two revelations, or at least intimations, especially stand out,” writes Steven Zeitchik. The first is an allegation by “Musk ex and former conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, a central figure in the documentary,” who says Musk had a “degree of certainty” about the elections that “I had never seen before.”
She says Musk told her, “I have ten thousand lasers in space.”
“So you think he was referring to Starlink?” asks Gibney, who has made a series of films about frauds including “Enron,” “Scientology,” and “The Inventor,” about Elizabeth Holmes’s start-up Theranos.
“I mean, I don’t know where else he has space lasers,” replies St. Clair.
According to Zeitchik, Gibney “hints he is taking it seriously when he then says in his patented voiceover, ‘What is Elon building, what are his goals, what are his actual motivations, and do we even know this man at all?’”
But election officials in North Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania confirmed what most journalists and people in politics already knew, which is that voting equipment is not connected to the internet. “Our election equipment is 100% air-gapped,” said Georgia elections spokesman Mike Hassinger, who called the claims “absolutely conspiratorial nonsense.”
And fact-checkers hostile to Musk debunked the Starlink theory in November 2024. FactCheck.org quoted a Georgia official saying “No Georgia election tabulation is connected to the internet, ever, not by Starlink or anything else.” PolitiFact rated the theory “Pants on Fire.” Poynter traced the theory to Threads posts from despairing Democrats “amid a larger wave of election denial claims from liberals that mimic Republicans’ false claims about 2020 election fraud.”
And yet at no point in the over 5,000-word THR article does Zeitchik ever mention the fact-checks. Zeitchik did not respond to Public’s request for comment, though THR did, as we describe below...
